Wow. Who would`ve thought that only 2 months in 2008 the ps3 will have a complete turnaround. Now the ps3 is the favoured console. Imagine 6 years from now.
MS has been doing it for years. Ads all over live and then still charges me £40 for live. So lets not bring MS into this as it`ll get ugly. At least PSN is free so i wouldn`t mind a bitt of ads every now and then.
I hope Polyphony follow this example as well, as they sure are one of the best devs and everyone would have lots to learn from them.
It doesn`t matter who they are, you should be happy that more and more people are coming out unhappy with the product as is the only way that things would improve. Or let me guess, you think that there is no room for improvement and that the x360 is the best console ever to be created, and nothing needs changed. You had the rrod as well, but being so biased, you probably enjoyed it.

I know this story with the rrod is getting very old but we can`t just close an eye on the problem and pretend it doesn`t exist. Only by protesting against it MS will really do something about it. Now the media seems to get more interest in this which is good.
No matter how much of a fanboy you are you`d still like your console to be as reliable as possible, surely.

Not bothering us 360 owners?! You mean not bothering us 360 fanboys, cos i`m a 360 owner and it bothers the hell out of me seeing that MS does nothing to fix the problems, except giving a lousy warranty that doesn`t cover all the faults that the 360 is experiencing.

Dude thats exactly what i think as well , only the other way round. I can`t stand burnout series and nfs series is a huge flop in my book. When GT5 comes out no other racing game will matter. Cant wait
They took the risk in producing a hardware add on for the x360, of course they cared. Stupid question! I really don`t get some people.
Give it a brake, man! Nothing in history ever had the same failure rate as the x360. Sure some ps2 were dying but nowhere near those rates. I never heard personaly someone complain about the ps2s reliability. Stuff does brake, ps3s will brake, but the chance of braking are grately reduced. I went through 2 rrods and i`m now on my 3d console (note console, not replacement) and is scratching discs.
But keep fighting man, don`t give it up yet.

Sony could drop the price as well if MS does it with the x360, and a price cut will benefit the ps3 more since is the most expensive one. However tables will turn will only be in SONYs favor from now on. There really isn`t much to slow them douwn, and with the x360 we are already seeing a constant rate of slowing down.
there goes the x360s only advantage, the games. With this kind of line up you gotta be mad not to own a ps3.
I still don`t understand how can some people be happy with the warranty! There`s still the hustle of calling MS, posting the thing then waiting for weeks to get it back. My box rrod`d on me twice but i could`t be bothered with the warranty hustle and just bought new one everytime. I do like the games on the 360 but as a tech kit is the worst in history, and i hope MS never makes any hardware ever again.
And RROD is not the only problem the x360 has.

The conclusion is that there really is no point in buying an x360. I have nothing against paying MS money if it is for a quality product, like windows, and games for windows, but paying them for something that it`ll die on me really makes no sense.
Jason360 feels good about the fact that people will still be using a MS product, but people only care about the 360, and about the fact that they don`t have to own one to play the games.

I own both ps3 and x360 but i don`t care about dlc so i`ll get the game for the ps3 cos it runs so silently. Not trolling just saying that i prefer the ps3 over x360 hardware.
